About Webland AP Portal
The Andhra Pradesh government created the Webland system, an online system that enables the registration and tax departments to keep land records updated with changes in ownership by digitizing and managing land data online. The revenue department oversees land records. The Revenue, Survey, Settlement and Land Records, and Urban Land Ceiling Departments make up the revenue administration, which is under the direction of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA). The CCLA performs both statutory and supervisory duties. With the use of Google Maps, land may be digitally mapped, allowing the amount of land that a person owns to be accurately established in the survey figures given above. Land records are seeded with the Aadhaar number.

The Andhra Pradesh government intends to complete the state’s extensive land survey by January 2023. The end of July 2023, the end of August 2023, and the end of September 2023 will all see the completion of land surveys and the issuance of clear titles in 5,200, 5,700, and 6,460 villages, respectively, according to officials. Along with the thorough land survey, land records are also being cleaned up. To correct errors noted in web land portal records, the officials advised that they would issue web land applications, village land register applications, village account registers, and land title deeds while amending the land records under Village secretariats. To resolve conflicts and provide tangible and digital records of property ownership rights, the state administration has begun a comprehensive land survey using orthorectified radar imagery obtained by drones.
